Pagarang Ruean Nam is a seafood restaurant on a wooden pier house built out over the sea off Bangsaen Sai 1 Road. You eat above the water with fishing boats and open sea views, and sunsets in the evening. A long-standing Bang Saen favourite, it is run alongside Bangsaen Villa Hotel.
