Nual is a small beach on Ko Lan, quieter than the main ones and the choice for anyone deliberately avoiding the density at Tawaen.
Before you go
Small and quiet comes with limited facilities. Bring water and what you need, and do not expect a row of restaurants to choose between.
Getting there
Take a songthaew or motorbike from the pier; the roads are steep and narrow in places. Agree the fare and fix a pickup time — traffic here is thinner than at the main beaches.
Take your rubbish out or use the bins, and leave time for the last ferry.
